At FinTaxYuga, we strive to provide timely and high-quality services related to taxation, finance, and regulatory compliance. However, due to the nature of our services—many of which involve government portals, time-bound submissions, and third-party processing—we have established the following refund policy.

1. Government Fees Are Non-Refundable

All statutory or government filing fees paid on your behalf (such as PAN, GST, DSC, MCA, trademark, income tax, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances. These payments are made directly to government departments and cannot be reversed.

2. Service Fee Refund Eligibility

Refunds for professional service charges are only available under the following limited conditions:

  • The service was not initiated or processed within 72 hours of payment, and no documentation was submitted by the client.

  • The client requested a refund in writing before any work was started.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of payment, and the request meets the eligibility conditions above.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

You will not be eligible for any refund in the following situations:

  • The delay or failure occurred due to incorrect or incomplete information/documents submitted by the client.

  • The service has been partially or fully processed.

  • The application is rejected by a government body due to legal, technical, or procedural reasons beyond our control.

  • The client is non-responsive or failed to cooperate during the process.

  • Delay caused by government portal issues, technical errors, or force majeure situations (such as strikes, lockdowns, or system outages).

  • Refund is requested after 7 days of payment or after service initiation.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

All payment gateway charges (including transaction fees or convenience fees) incurred during the payment process are non-refundable, even if the client is eligible for a refund of the service fee.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, you must:

  • Send an email to support@fintaxyuga.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Service Name]”

  • Mention your name, registered email, phone number, date of payment, and exact reason for the refund request.

  • Allow up to 5–7 working days for us to assess the request and respond.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

6. Cancellation Before Payment

If you cancel a service before making payment, no cancellation or refund request is necessary.

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued in cash or alternative accounts.

8. Right to Refuse Refund

FinTaxYuga reserves the absolute right to reject any refund request that is in violation of this policy or is found to be fraudulent, dishonest, or unreasonable.

9. Contact for Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our decision, you may escalate the matter to our grievance officer. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly.

10. Jurisdiction

All refund-related disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located at Sujangarh, District Churu, Rajasthan.
